FAQ

To register a new FAQ item, please follow these steps:

1. Click the 'Manage FAQ' button

2. Click the 'Add' button on your site dashboard and select the 'Q&A' option

3. Specify categories for questions and answers

4. Save and Publish

You can edit FAQ items and change their order and categories at any time.

Yes, you can! To add an image or video, follow these steps:

1. Go to the app settings page

2. Click 'Manage FAQ'

3. Add or select the question you want to add media to

4. After editing your answer, click the video, image or GIF icon

5. After adding the media stored in the library, click Save

You can edit the FAQ title in the App Settings tab. If you want to make the title private, set the title to private in the 'Information to display' section.
